Opened in late 2024 in the Uptown Atlanta development, this refined dining destination has already earned "Best Taste" recognition for its unforgettable flavors. Executive Chef Carlos Enriquez, Lima-born and Miami-trained, leads the kitchen with market-fresh fish bought almost daily and a deep respect for authentic Peruvian traditions.

The menu showcases signature ceviches including the acclaimed Ceviche Carretillero (with sweet potato, Peruvian corn, and fried calamari), classic Lomo Saltado (stir-fried beef tenderloin with Peruvian potatoes), and Octopus Anticuchero. The Nikkei-influenced menu blends traditional Peruvian and Japanese techniques, while the pisco bar—overseen by beverage director Alex Holender from Peru—features handcrafted cocktails like the classic Pisco Sour and the theatrical Echoes of Chavin with tequila, herbal kombucha, and sage. Special events include Pisco Tuesdays ($12 signature cocktails) and popular ceviche masterclasses.

Upon entering, guests experience a hand-cleansing ritual with water and essential oils before stepping into a space where jungle-inspired elegance meets modern sophistication. A vibrant mural hand-painted by artist Camilo Pareja spans the back wall, while handcrafted Colombian furnishings and whimsical light fixtures create an immersive atmosphere. Two patios accommodate up to 70 guests for alfresco dining. The restaurant transforms throughout the day—relaxed lunch and weekend brunch service evolves into a lively evening venue with live DJs, music, and dancing.
